We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your experience starts. All tours start on time so If you are late for any reason we can-not guarantee that we will be able to add you to another group later on (as there may not be room).
We strongly recommend you wear flat shoes, preferably trainers and old comfy clothing. Some of the activities within the adventure can be physically challenging so you will need to be suitably dressed.
The experience contains flashing lighting, jump scares, strobe lighting, low lighting, loud noises, smoke machines and uneven floors. You are welcome to participate but you do so at your own risk.
We have lift access to our beautiful Reform Bar area.With regret this particular experience is not suitable for wheelchair users. Our Phileas Fogg attraction however is wheelchair friendly.
Unfortunately, the Jack the Ripper experience is not suitable for wheelchair users. However, our other experiences Horrible Mysteries and Phileas Foggs World of Adventures is fully wheelchair accessible.
We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointed. Each session offers a maximum of 6 participants with a high demand for tickets.

For standard adventure session bookings, you must cancel 72 hours prior to your scheduled session. Your cancellation will be confirmed via email.
For parties/Groups we require at least 28 days’ cancellation notice. Your cancellation will be confirmed via email.
Only cancellations which adhere to our policy will be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not allow the use of cameras or mobile phones during our experience.
Jack the Rippers offers an authentic and graphic insight into Victorian London and the world and mind of a brutal serial killer. For this reason we strongly suggest a minimum age of 16 for this attraction. Anyone under this age must be accompanied by an adult and accepts the frightening nature of this experience.
As per the companies Health and Safety Policy ALL participants within the experience must hold a valid ticket. Reception desk will request seeing the ticket on arrival at the experience. For the safety of our customers and staff, Management reserves the right to refuse admission where a valid ticket is not available.
Participants are considered any persons who are taking up a numbered slot within the experience regardless of their physical participation on the activities.
The experience is recommended for children 7 years plus, however younger children are allowed onto the experience with a valid ticket at the discretion of the parent, guardian or supervising adult.
The experience is recommended for 7 years and over due to the surprises that await within the experience and the level set on the activities. Smaller children may not understand the experience and could become scared by the set scenes, noises and actors.
As per company policy, Non-Participating Persons are considered only as babies in arms or a carrier.
Purchasing a ticket for a non-participating person is not required, however in the interest and safety of our customers and staff it important that supervising adults do not allow small children to wander on the sets and participate in the activities. It is also important the supervising adult is aware that the experience holds loud sounds, live actors and dark sets which could potentially upset babies and small children.
Any persons bringing a non participating person into the experience must ensure that they comply with the health and safety requirements of the company to ensure the safety of our staff and customers are upheld.
If any customers feel that their small child will want to roam and participate then a ticket must be purchased in order to secure that space. Where a non-participating person joins the experience as a participant the health and safety numbers are jeopardised and our staff and customers are put at risk.

Strictly no photography or videos to be taken. No eating or drinking while in the experience. No running, including through the walkways. No participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You may be touched by our team of actors but you must not touch the actors. Although we do our best to ensure the safety of guests within the premises, the company does not take responsibility for any damage or losses to persons or property whatever the circumstance. If you participate in this experience you accept all associated risks.
Failure to abide by the above will result in immediate removal from the venue.
We do not know the health conditions of any of our guests so we require all guest to read and understand all warnings before purchasing a ticket or entering our Jack the Ripper Walk of Terror Experience and understand and agree that you enter at your own risk. Please do not attend our events if you or anyone in your party have any type of health concerns or issues, do not attend our attraction if you are not physically fit or have pre existing medical conditions, poor vision, claustrophobic or suffer panic attacks and especially any type of heart or respiratory condition or if you or anyone in your party are prone to seizures.
During the experience you will experience intense audio, lighting and extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog and damp or wet conditions, there are steps within the experience so running is not an option. Jack the Ripper Terror Walk is graphically disgusting, sexually explicit, crude, vulgar and extremely adult in nature therefore the easily offended and those who are faint hearted must not enter. This is a physical experience therefore you may be touched, grabbed or moved around by our immersive team.
The whole experience on average lasts 30 minutes but due to the nature of the experience the length may vary slightly depending on the engagement of the audience, We recommend you allow up to 40 minutes.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your tour departure time. Should you arrive late for the experience it may not be possible to accommodate your tour. No refund will be given in this scenario.
